To respect the time of our team and other guests, we kindly ask that you follow our scheduling policy.

Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 6 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled with less than 6 hours notice or no-show appointments will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

This policy allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another guest while keeping our schedule running smoothly.
